These days with a fast daily life and a puzzled days we don’t discuss about mental health of people around us.
Depression, anxiety, anger issues these all words are reality of our lives. we only avoid and ignore and don’t understand what is happening .some people around us may be one of our friend or family member are suffering with these difficult phases of life. people with these issues don’t discuss their own problems and mental health with anyone because they think no one will understand them and that is why some times they took drastic steps like suicide.we don’t want to get aware of these issues , but we should definitely understand and try to figure out and most important we should listen and talk on these things. sharing something , sometimes helps us and helps to people around us who deals with these things. Nothing is impossible.
Mental health should be important as well as physical health. we should help others so that they can discuss and try to talk on this seriously without hesitation .
Most importantly last but not the least Never judge someone by their anger or bad behaviour, may be the person is dealing with something serious inside but he is not sharing and only reacting because people many times only judge and don’t support them .
